1. Please be patient on Grooming day. Precious Pet Cottage makes every effort to get your dog done in a safe and timely manner Our number ONE concern is keeping your pet as stress free as possible on Grooming day. It takes patience and time to BOND with your pet and allow them to experience grooming day as if it was HIS/HER day at the spa. When our groomer is not rushed, your pet does not feel rushed as well and has a more relaxing day and is more willing to come back to experience the pleasure all over again. Each pet is different, and each pet is our number one priority. Normal grooming time is 3 to 4 hours.

2. Make sure your pet has eaten his breakfast early enough to fully digest his food and do his elimination prior to coming in for Grooming. 75% of the time full tummies result in a mess that according to Murphy's Law, happens right about the time your pet is finally clean and dry. We do walk our dogs if we know they will be picked up after your are off work..just let the groomer know if you are leaving your pet for longer than the grooming time of approx 3 to 4 hours...and we will make accomodations for your pets needs.

3. Jenna will make every effort to make sure your dog is groomed to YOUR satisfaction, so please do not be shy to communicate your desires directly to her on grooming day...or just pick up the phone and call her, she is there to assist you and makes every effort to give you back your pet clean, happy and beautiful.
